E.F. Hutton was founded in 1986 and has been heavily involved in commercial real estate ever since. Specifically, E.F. Hutton is involved in property management and has been involved in brokering some of the most exclusive properties in South Florida.

In addition to brokerage, E.F. Hutton offers leasing construction and construction management services so as to provide complete real estate services to our clients.

E.F. Hutton creates it’s philosophy around what we consider is the key to a successful income producing property, cash flow. Managing cash flow is treated as if E.F. Hutton owned the property, therefore keeping a watchful eye on the bottom line.

Michael is the President of E.F. Hutton Realty, Corp. He has over 26 years of real estate investment, management and brokerage experience. Mike has successfully negotiated many complex dealings and has personally over seen the management of many commercial and residential multi-family properties.
